Primary Skills Required

CircuitSutra works in the domain of ESL methodologies using SystemC. 
SystemC modeling is a specialized domain and requires very unique skills which are hybrid of software development and semiconductor chip design. For the technical roles at CircuitSutra, the primary skills required are-

  • C, C++, Data structures, Algorithms, OOPS

  • System on Chip (SoC) architecture, Semiconductor IP, bus protocols, chip interfaces, communication protocols, design and verification concepts

If you fall in any of the following categories, CircuitSutra is the right place for you

Soft Skills Training

Soft Skills are a cluster of productive personality traits that characterize one's relationships in a milieu. These skills include social graces, communication abilities, language skills, personal habits, cognitive or emotional empathy, time management, teamwork and leadership traits. Circuitsutra understands the importance of honing these skills and conducts regular trainings on topics suggested by the employees.

The Book Club

The Book Club provides an excuse to every CSTian to connect over books and Youtube on varied topics of common interest like technical (surprised?), management, design, self-development etc. The team votes in books that form a part of CircuitSutra Virtual Library from which each one volunteers the book(s) that they are going to read and share their comments and thoughts at the end of the quarter and make recommendations. This is an important initiative for reinforcing continuous growth and and learning.

CST Break

CST Break is a biannual magazine to showcase the creative skills of CSTians. It carries technical, as well as non-technical articles, travel blogs, hobbies, puzzles etc. It binds together employees, who are often spread across different client sites and geographies, into a tight unit that is united by the stories that knit the Circuitsutra fabric.

Tech Talks

Tech Talks (T2) is an avenue for the geeks to indulge in their love for technology, tools, methodologies and exchange notes on the latest developments in their field of interest. It also includes tutorials and working sessions. The sessions are often recorded and available for internal training and reference.

Team Outings and celebrations

CircuitSutra has an annual family outing for recreational and team building purposes. Several one day outings are also sprinkled through the year to celebrate and cherish various events (like CST Foundation Day, Secret Ganesha at Diwali, Birthdays etc.)

CSR
